Job summary

Baptist Health's Boca Raton Regional Hospital is seeking a Pool Clinical Partner CNA to support the CVICU on a per diem, night-shift basis (6:30 PM to 7:00 AM). The CP provides basic nursing skills under the direction of a registered nurse, collaborating to deliver safe, patient-centered care.

Qualified candidates will have CNA or LPN licensure and BLS, with at least one year of CNA experience in acute care in Florida preferred.

Qualifications

• CNA or LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year CNA experience. BLS required.
• Clinical Partners hired prior to 10/1/20 will have two years to obtain Florida CNA licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing skills under RN direction.
• Assist with wound care, saline locks and Foley catheter care as delegated.
• Collaborate with the RN to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
