Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital is seeking a Clinical Partner to support the nursing team with basic technical skills and delegated tasks under RN supervision.

The role involves wound care, catheter management and other bedside duties, with compensation around $22.50/hour depending on shift. Requires CNA/LPN credentials and BLS certification; 1 year of acute care experience preferred. EOE.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, certification, GED, training, or equivalent experience.
• LPN license preferred; CNA or similar credentials acceptable.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic technical nursing skills under RN supervision, including wound care.
• Assist with delegated tasks and patient care in collaboration with the nursing team.
• Support patient safety and comfort, prepare for procedures.
