Job summary

Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital is seeking a Clinical Partner to assist licensed staff in delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital setting. The CP performs basic nursing skills and delegated tasks under RN supervision, supporting safe patient outcomes and fast, coordinated care across units.

The role requires meeting Florida Nurse Practice Act requirements, CNA or LPN licensing as applicable, and typically 1 year of experience in acute care.

Qualifications

• CP performs basic nursing skills under RN supervision.
• Delegated tasks include wound care and Foley catheter care.
• Must meet Florida Nurse Practice Act requirements.

Responsibilities
