Job summary

Baptist Health's Boca Raton Regional Hospital is seeking a Clinical Partner CNA for the CVICU. This full-time role includes working 6:30 PM–7:00 AM with a $4,000 bonus based on location and experience. The CP will perform basic nursing skills and delegated tasks under RN supervision in accordance with Florida regulations.

Qualifications include High School/Cert or equivalent, LPN/CNA license, BLS, and at least 1 year of prior CNA/LPN experience in acute care preferred. EOE.

Qualifications

• Degrees: High School, Cert, GED, Trn, Exper.
• Licenses & Certifications: Licensed Practical Nurse, Basic Life Support, Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Additional Qualifications: CNA or LPN license required.
• Minimum Required Experience: 1 Year

Responsibilities

• The Clinical Partner provides basic technical nursing skills and delegated tasks under RN supervision, such as wound care, discontinuing a saline lock, and discontinuing a Foley catheter.
• Collaborates with the RN to deliver safe, patient-centered care and ensure timely assessments when interventions are implemented.
