Job summary

Boca Raton Regional Hospital, part of the Baptist Health system, seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant for Medical-Surgical per diem shifts (6:30 PM–7:00 AM). The Clinical Partner provides basic nursing tasks under the direction of a registered nurse to ensure safe, patient-centered care.

Estimated pay is $22.50 per hour, with shift-based variation. Requires CNA or LPN licensure in Florida and at least 1 year of acute care experience, on-site support for inpatient teams.

Qualifications

• CNA or LPN license required.
• Previous experience as a CNA or LPN in an acute care facility in Florida required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in clinical nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing skills and delegated tasks under RN supervision.
• Perform wound care, discontinue saline locks, and discontinue Foley catheters as directed.
• Collaborate with the RN to deliver safe, patient-centered care and reassess interventions.
