Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (Chemical, Electrical, Materials Eng, Physics, Chemistry, etc.)
• GPA 3.0 or higher
• SPC fundamentals are required
• CVD chemistries knowledge
• Basic project management skills
• Proficiency with Windows-based applications

Responsibilities

• Process Transfer: transfer and qualification of recipes from parent line; gather metrology data; ensure film properties meet specs; ensure cross-fab/tool matching.
• Sustaining: monitor wafer recovery, tool UI navigation, recipe structure and parameters; monitor SPC for performance; troubleshoot process abnormalities.
• Continuous Improvement: design experiments with senior engineers; develop rework and disposition plans; maintain a process reference book weekly.
