Job summary

Brigham and Women's Hospital is seeking a 0.5 FTE Site Program Coordinator to support the AMC CVC Safe Insertion Training and Competency Program across MGH and BWH. You will manage logistics, records, supply procurement, and committee support to ensure smooth operations.

The role collaborates with administrators, training leaders, and simulation staff at STRATUS (BWH) and the Lunder Learning Lab (MGH). Hybrid work with multiple site presence is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Associate’s Degree related field preferred.
• 3+ years of administrative or program support experience required.
• Experience managing complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders, departments, or facilities preferred.
• Experience with database management, records tracking, or certification systems preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) required; supply ordering and inventory management experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or academic medical center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training scheduling across AMC departments and divisions, ensuring participants complete training prior to clinical CVC insertions.
• Serve as liaison with simulation centers to ensure sessions are staffed and resourced.
• Coordinate remedial training and certification tracking for instructors and operators.
