Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Associate’s Degree Related Field of Study preferred.
• 3+ years of administrative or program support experience required.
• Experience with program or project coordination and administrative support required.
• Experience managing complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders, departments, or facilities strongly preferred.
• Experience with database management, records tracking, or certification systems preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) required; experience with supply ordering and inventory management preferred.
• Experience within a healthcare or academic medical center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with department and training program leaders across AMC sites to enroll and schedule trainees and attendings annually.
• Serve as the primary liaison with simulation center staff to ensure sessions are staffed and resourced.
• Coordinate remedial training and support certification of instructors.
