Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. is seeking a CVA Specialist to manage the intake and renewal of Customer Value Agreements for our customers. This role involves validating quotes, coordinating with sales and service teams, and ensuring accurate contract data across DBS, SalesLink, EMT, and DocuSign.

You will build renewal quotes, monitor expirations, and help standardize agreement terms while maintaining strong customer relationships and high data accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of service/contract administration or inside support experience.
• 1+ year of direct customer service experience.
• Demonstrated experience communicating directly with customers by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central intake point for CVA requests from machine and generator sales and aftermarket sources.
• Review incoming CVA quotes for completeness and accuracy before agreement build.
• Build enrollment numbers for Customer Value Agreements and maintain schedules in EMT.
• Prepare renewal quotes using SAQ, adjust pricing and maintenance events based on machine age and hours.
• Administer auto-renewal, notify customers of options, and manage opt-out requests.
• Maintain accurate agreement records and prepare CVA reporting for new, renewed, expired, and lost agreements.
