Job summary

Van Meter is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to own the operational execution of service offerings from proposal through renewal. You will coordinate quotes, orders, contracts, invoicing, and fulfillment while maintaining proactive customer communication and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Operations, and Finance.

The role emphasizes accurate data, timely updates, and continuous improvement to ensure consistent customer experience and recurring revenue health.

Qualifications

• Minimum two-year degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of customer service, coordination, or operational experience preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments; ERP or business systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own operational and transactional execution across service offerings with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate quoting, order entry, contract setup, invoicing, and fulfillment.
• Engage customers with proactive communication and clear updates on timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance and vendors to deliver seamless service.
• Drive continuous process improvement and accurate contract renewals.
