CommonSpirit Health in Prescott Valley, AZ is seeking a CV Imaging Operations Nurse Lead to drive excellence in cardiovascular imaging and deliver patient care with innovation. You will blend RN expertise with leadership to plan and orchestrate daily clinical nursing operations of Cardiovascular Imaging Services, ensuring seamless workflow, optimizing resources, and promoting best practices.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of general registered nursing experience.
• Working knowledge of all department medical equipment.
• Registered Nurse: AZ
• Basic Life Support - CPR (AHA BLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work under pressure while demonstrating critical thinking skills
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of conflict management skills
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Windows
• Demonstrates competency in basic EKG skills by passing EKG test or successfully completing basic EKG class/modules within six (6) - months

Responsabilités

• Leads and coordinates the daily RN schedule for both inpatient and outpatient Cardiovascular Imaging Departments (Cardiac Diagnostics) services to patients.
• Plans and coordinates daily work schedules and on-call RN coverage.
• Responsible for maintaining RN work schedules and assuring that staffing is adequate for the workload.
• Conducts orientation and training for new RN staff members.
• Conducts continuing RN education and training.
• Provides input to the Cardiovascular Imaging Operations Manager and supports the implementation of identified opportunities for process improvements as well as on-going staff training and development.

Pay Range

$42.85 - $63.77 /hour
