Qualifications

• Three (3) years of general registered nursing experience.
• Registered Nurse with AZ licensure.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong critical thinking.
• Basic computer literacy and Windows proficiency.
• EKG skills competency demonstrated (with test or course within six months).

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates daily RN scheduling for inpatient and outpatient Cardiovascular Imaging Services.
• Plans and coordinates daily work schedules and on-call RN coverage.
• Maintains RN work schedules ensuring adequate staffing.
• Conducts orientation and training for new RN staff.
• Conducts ongoing RN education and training.
• Provides input to the Cardiovascular Imaging Operations Manager and supports process improvements.
