Qualifications

• High school diploma with 5+ years related machining experience.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in manufacturing/machining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert with Guhring's cutting tools and applications.
• Provide technical support to end users, distributors, and the sales team via phone and email.
• Assist marketing with technical literature, website content, and training materials.
• Assist with customer and employee technical training and product inductions.
• Learn SAP and assist with basic customer service duties when needed.
• Coordinate with Guhring KG (Germany) to resolve difficult applications.
• Occasionally visit customers on-site to support end-user activity.
