Qualifications

• Experience designing high performance solid carbide rotary tools.
• Basic project management skills, including overseeing timelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new cutting tools and refine existing products.
• Establish and maintain technical specifications and product standards.
• Lead research into new grinding techniques and materials.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and manufacturing for product alignment.
• Provide expert advice on tool geometries and machining applications.
• Coordinate development projects from feasibility through optimization.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality manual procedures.
