Experience designing high performance solid carbide rotary tools.
Basic project management skills, including overseeing timelines.
Responsibilities
Design and develop new cutting tools and refine existing products.
Establish and maintain technical specifications and product standards.
Lead research into new grinding techniques and materials.
Partner with marketing, sales, and manufacturing for product alignment.
Provide expert advice on tool geometries and machining applications.
Coordinate development projects from feasibility through optimization.
Adhere to safety protocols and quality manual procedures.
