Experience designing high performance solid carbide rotary tools.

Responsibilities
Design and develop new cutting tools and refine existing products.
Establish and maintain technical specifications for the tool catalog.
Lead research into new grinding techniques and materials.
Partner with teams to align designs with customer needs.
Provide expert advice on tool geometries and machining applications.
Coordinate development projects from feasibility to optimization.
