What You’ll Do

• Comply with safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Read and interpret work orders and instructions to determine work assignments, process specifications, and production schedules.
• Review job tickets for information and material accuracy before production runs.
• Set up and operate cutter for production runs.
• Perform line clearances.
• Perform in-process inspections of cutting operations.
• Perform routine maintenance on cutter as required.
• Troubleshoot and repair cutter when required.
• Monitor equipment operations, gauges, and panel lights to detect deviations from standards.
• Work directly with management on product quality and process improvement challenges.
• Perform other duties as needed.

What You’ll Need

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; required (2+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education)
• Experience: A minimum of one year's experience
• Computer Skills: Not applicable
• Certification/Licenses: None specifically required
