You will manage data entry for import documentation, maintain records, and ensure compliance with regulations while collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required. No industry experience required. No work experience required.
• Data entry/keyboard experience required. Working knowledge of MS Office and email applications such as Outlook using multiple screens and windows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation for US Customs/legal entry for goods.
• Provide impeccable customer service to importers.
• Obtain correct classification of goods for customs release from database and tariffs.
• Process import related documentation for submission to US Customs.
• Maintain and keep current shipment documentation in compliance with record keeping requirements.
• Adhere to all international importing regulations.
• Work with internal staff to deliver high level of service to customers.
• Process agency brokerage shipments.
• Ensure policies are followed.
