Job summary

Tradewin is a leading international trade compliance consulting firm seeking a Customs Reconciliation and Post Entry Specialist in Peabody, MA. The role focuses on preparing Post Entry submissions, reconciling entries, and researching complex regulations to support clients’ import/export compliance.

You will work with ACE data, run reports, and communicate findings to clients while collaborating with the team to improve efficiency and accuracy in duties and fees calculations.

Qualifications

• Proven excellence in communication – verbal and written.
• Ability to research regulatory subjects independently with peers.
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
• Some college coursework in finance, accounting or math preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships via email and phone.
• Prepare regulatory documents for US CBP to support Post Entry filings.
• Work with ACE data and client-provided reports.
• Attend trainings on regulatory changes and Tradewin processes.
• Prepare Post Entry submissions including corrections and reconciliations.
• Analyze spreadsheets to validate duties and fees.
• Collaborate with team to improve client experience.
