Job summary

Tradewin is seeking a Customs Reconciliation and Post Entry Specialist to support reconciliation and post-entry filing tasks for U.S. clients. This full-time role offers hourly compensation of USD 25–32 with opportunities to work closely with a team of trade compliance experts.

The position requires strong communication, regulatory research, and advanced Excel/Access skills, with the ability to handle deadlines in a dynamic consulting environment. Training and growth within Tradewin are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to research regulatory subjects independently.
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Trade Compliance preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Able to work under deadlines.
• Self-starter with strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships via email and calls.
• Research and prepare regulatory documents for Reconciliation and Post Entry.
• Work in ACE to run, create, or review reports.
• Attend training on regulatory changes and Tradewin processes.
• Prepare Post Entry submissions: Post Summary Corrections, Protests, Disclosures, Reconciliations.
• Analyze data and write technical correspondence.
• Analyze spreadsheets to validate duty and fees.
• Collaborate with team to improve client experience.
