Responsibilities

• Develop and motivate a team environment to optimize performance and growth.
• Pursue new sales leads while maintaining current clients.
• Assist in managing payable/receivables/quoting and P&L.
• Provide guidance and supervision for daily CHB operations.
• Monitor workflow and ensure accurate daily operations and customer issues.
• Manage oversight of office colleagues and resolve technical problems.
• Adjust staffing to meet deadlines and guide shifts.
• Conduct audit reviews and relay feedback timely.
• Stay updated on industry and policy changes and communicate to team.
• Foster positive relations with CBP and other government agencies on entries.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
