Job summary

LOGISTEED America, Inc. seeks a Licensed Customs Brokerage Branch Manager to oversee import and customs processes, ensuring compliance with U.S. and foreign regulations. The role requires experience with Cargowise and a track record in freight forwarding operations.

You will lead a team of brokerage professionals, manage staff performance, and work with senior leadership to meet business objectives in a fast-paced environment. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in freight forwarding
• Holds an active U.S. Customs Broker License
• Fluency in English
• Experience with Cargowise and Freight Forwarding Import operations
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Oversee import and customs processes and ensure compliance with U.S. and foreign laws
• Manage import/brokerage operations staff and achieve business objectives
• Collaborate with Sr. Director of Freight Forwarding and other departments to pursue new sales leads
• Ensure proper documentation, tariff classification, and regulatory compliance
• Develop team and ensure safety and quality standards
