Job summary

Action Resource Management seeks a detail-oriented Customs Entry Writer to prepare and file import entries. The role involves reviewing shipping documents and transmitting entries through ACE using the company’s brokerage software, while supporting internal teams on customs requests.

Qualified candidates will have strong attention to detail, solid communication skills, and proficiency with Excel. Associate degree in a related field is preferred, with familiarity in ocean, air, and truck

Responsibilities

• Prepare and transmit entry and entry summary filings in ACE using brokerage software
• Review commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and other shipping documents for accuracy
• Communicate with internal teams on customs requests
• Track entries through release and holds
• Maintain organized records in line with Customs recordkeeping requirements
