FedEx Logistics seeks a detail-oriented data entry professional to collect and input information for customs entry, entry summary, and related documents. You will classify goods under the harmonized tariff schedule and ensure compliance with federal regulations, while updating records and supporting the customer service team.

The role requires multilingual communication as needed and involves handling high-volume, time-sensitive work with hybrid schedule considerations.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of brokerage or transportation experience and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Organizational Skills.
• Detail oriented.

Responsabilités

• Enter data into the import system for customs entry, entry summary and bonds.
• Determine tariff classification and value for customs entry.
• Input data into the system for transmission to federal agencies (FDA, EPA, FCC).
• Coordinate billing and corrections to data for customs rejects and census warnings.
• Maintain master files and data dictionary with product classifications imported by customers.
