Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Customs brokerage.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Knowledge of U.S. customs regulations and procedures.
• Experience with ACE Secure Data Portal is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review customs documents filed with CBP for accuracy.
• Verify classification and valuation with importers when needed.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and proper filing.
• Obtain documents to support claims or disclaims.
• Ensure timely payment of duties, taxes, or other charges assessed by CBP.
• Maintain documents required under 19 CFR 163.
• Monitor and track customs clearances and resolve delays or issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and government agencies to resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of customs regulations and procedures.
