Qualifications

• Prior experience in customs brokerage, logistics, import/export operations, freight forwarding, or data entry.
• Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and entry procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics or brokerage software systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit customs entry documentation for import shipments
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade requirements, and company procedures
