Job summary

Cole International is seeking an in-office administrative support professional to enter invoices and shipment data, manage communications, and assist with billing and file documentation. The role supports the customs analyst team and a collaborative office environment. Strong typing, MS Office proficiency, and meticulous organization are essential.

You will contribute to accurate records, timely responses, and a positive client experience within a team-focused logistics company.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written, verbal, and visual instructions.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and transpose invoice and shipment data into internal systems.
  • Monitor internal communications and respond to requests promptly.
  • Track down missing documents and ensure complete files.
  • Generate accurate billing and invoicing for customs entries.
  • Back up reception duties and assist clients as needed.
  • Support the customs analyst team with data-driven insights and documentation handling.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to uphold service standards.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

What You’ll Do
