Qualifications

• Must have a Customs Broker license and a high school diploma.
• 3+ years in the customs broker industry; a 4-year degree is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in unsupervised environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Import Manager in audits and compliance with customs laws.
• Process CHB entries, act as advocate for high-volume accounts and backup for entry writers.
• Interface with government agencies and maintain positive relationships.
• Prepare post-entry adjustments and related documentation.
• Provide CBP/OGA regulation guidance and classification advice.
