GLOVIS America Inc. is seeking an experienced Customs Brokerage Manager to lead in-house brokerage operations in Duluth, GA. You will oversee day-to-day activities, ensure US customs compliance, and drive efficiencies across billing and processes.
You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, set KPIs, develop SOPs, collaborate with sales on new client opportunities, and manage budgets to improve profitability. A strong background in CFR 19 and 7–10 years in the field is required.

The position will be responsible for managing in-house customs brokerage business of GLOVIS America.
$94,413 - $105,630 Per Year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)
