GLOVIS America, Inc. seeks an experienced Customs Brokerage leader to assist the Manager in directing daily brokerage operations and staff. You will oversee complex entries, resolve CBP/PGA issues, and drive process improvements across the team.
You will guide classification, valuation, and reporting, coordinate with customers and CBP, and develop SOPs and training to elevate performance. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Assists the Manager in leading customs brokerage operations, compliance, customer service, and team performance. Oversees complex operational matters, supports staffing and workflow decisions, drives process improvements, and helps ensure brokerage activities meet CBP, PGA, customer, and company requirements.
Travel requirement: 25% domestic travel
$80,859 - $89,739 Per Year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)
