Leoforce in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Licensed Customs Brokerage Manager to oversee daily operations and regulatory compliance within a global freight-forwarding context.

You'll lead a team of five entry writers, mentor colleagues, and ensure accurate entry preparation, classification, valuation, and duty assessment, partnering with compliance, operations, and customer teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of U.S. Customs Brokerage experience.
• Customs Broker License required.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.

Our Client is seeking a Licensed Customs Brokerage Manager to oversee daily brokerage operations, ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, and lead a high-performing team. This role partners closely with compliance, operations, and customer-facing teams to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily customs brokerage operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Train and mentor new hires
• Oversee entry preparation, classification, valuation, and duty assessment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of U.S. Customs Brokerage experience.
• Customs Broker License required.
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience with Cargowise is preferred
