Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Pearl, MS is seeking a Customer Service Relations Associate for part-time work. You will greet customers, provide information, and assist with merchandise returns, refunds, and exchanges while maintaining a neat, well-stocked workspace.

Qualifications

Ability to calculate discounts and make change accurately.
Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.
Ability to operate a computerized POS register system.

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and acknowledge them in a friendly manner.
Assist customers in buying decisions by identifying needs and making recommendations.
Handle merchandise returns and complete refund/exchange paperwork.
Keep work area clean, stocked, and organized with supplies.
Promote programs including CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up.
