Neara is seeking a Customer Value Architect in customer success to collaborate with utility customers and translate how a physics-based digital twin and AI-assisted analysis deliver measurable value in grid operations.
You will connect the technical product to real operating problems, build clear business cases, and communicate insights effectively to diverse stakeholders.
AI speeds up scenario generation and pattern finding across network data, so the human work shifts toward framing the right questions and judging which results are trustworthy. This role stays human in building trust with utility teams, reading their operational context, and turning model output into decisions people will act on. The value comes from pairing simulation with judgement, not from the tool alone.
Working here would build hands on experience applying simulation and AI assisted analysis to real grid scenarios, which is increasingly sought in energy roles. A candidate can prepare by learning the basics of power network models, scenario planning for extreme weather, and how to evaluate model outputs critically. Familiarity with digital twin concepts and utility data workflows would help.
A physics-based 3D digital twin of the electricity network, so utilities can simulate a storm or a fire before it happens rather than inspect poles after.
A Customer Value Architect in customer success usually works with utility customers to connect a technical product to their real operating problems and show measurable value. A strong candidate brings a mix of energy sector familiarity, comfort with simulation or network modelling tools, and the ability to translate engineering detail into clear business cases. For a physics based digital twin of the electricity network, understanding how utilities plan for storms, fires and grid stress matters more than sales polish.
