Job summary

BI WORLDWIDE’s Automotive Solutions Group seeks a Customer Technology Specialist to support clients through data stewardship, operational excellence, and technology-driven problem solving. The role is ideal for someone proactive and analytical who enjoys learning systems and driving improvements.

Responsibilities include managing customer data files, QA, and ad-hoc reporting with SQL/Excel; creating SOPs in Confluence; coordinating with CTM/Client Services to meet milestones; mentoring teammates

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or 2-year technical degree preferred,或 equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with SQL and Excel for data reporting.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for ticket management.
• Familiarity with HTML-based tools and content management systems.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer expectations while building client relationships.
• Serve as SME for customer data, methodologies, and processes.
• Communicate program status, milestones, and changes to internal stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day communication with client teams and customers via meetings and email.
• Manage customer program data files, including file transfers, data processing, and documentation.
• Perform ongoing quality control across program data, reporting, and websites.
• Utilize SQL and Excel for ad-hoc reporting, troubleshooting, and addressing data questions.
• Develop standard operating procedures and document updates within Confluence.
• Support multiple initiatives and mentor team members and colleagues.
