Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or technical equivalent required or preferred.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel with data reporting skills.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence for ticketing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support customer data, program processes, and client communication.
• Maintain and improve data quality and documentation.
• Assist in program setup and launches with CTM and Client Services.
• Train teammates on tools and processes.
