Job summary

Yeo Valley Organic is seeking a Customer Technologist to join our Central Technical Team at our HQ in Blagdon, Somerset. You will support customer projects, develop robust technical plans and ensure customer standards are met, collaborating across sites and functions to deliver value to our partners.

Reporting to the Lead Customer Technologist, you will manage key customer relationships, facilitate cross-functional communication during incidents and recalls, and align customer requirements with

Qualifications

• Science or related degree required.
• Manufacturing and/or customer management experience preferred.
• Strong people and communication skills.
• Effective networking and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to build internal and external relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts with effective plans.
• Facilitate interaction between customers, sites and internal stakeholders.
• Provide support during incidents and recalls with cross-functional communication.
• Act as a business partner to support customer projects and value chain initiatives.
• Align customer standards with YV standards across sites and teams.
• Ensure due diligence including export requirements is met.
• Manage customer audits and visits.
