The opportunity

Role Description

As a Senior Manager in Technology Transformation Program Delivery, you will drive change and innovation, managing technology transformation projects and programs aligned with organizational strategy. You will oversee timelines, costs, quality, and lead technical and non-technical teams to develop and implement solutions, shaping the future of technology within EY.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing leadership and direction to teams, including Managers.
• Managing client relationships, revenue, and commercial aspects.
• Travel as needed for client engagements.

Skills and Attributes

Deep understanding of project and program delivery methods (Agile, Waterfall), problem-solving skills, and experience in strategic vision development, client communication, and business model assessment.

• Experience in leading engagement delivery and managing engagement economics.
• Proficiency in resource planning and budgeting.
• Ability to manage client relationships and identify new opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5-7 years relevant Salesforce experience.
• Experience in areas like solution architecture, ERP, CRM, e-commerce, analytics, cloud, web development, social media, content management, or mobile technologies.
• Experience with platforms like Microsoft Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, Salesforce, or similar.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MIS, Mathematics.
• Certifications in relevant fields.
