The opportunity

Your role

As a Senior Manager in Technology Transformation Program Delivery, you will lead technology transformation projects, manage timelines, costs, and quality, and oversee technical and non-technical teams to develop and implement solutions. You will shape the future of technology within EY and make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

• Providing leadership and direction to teams including Managers.
• Leading teams to achieve performance objectives.
• Managing client relationships and revenue generation.
• Travel as required for client engagements.

Skills and attributes

Deep understanding of project delivery methods (Agile, Waterfall), problem-solving skills, and experience in strategic visioning, client communication, and business development. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to thought leadership.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant Salesforce experience.
• Experience in solution architecture, ERP, CRM, e-commerce, analytics, cloud, web development, or social media solutions.
• Proficiency in platforms like Microsoft Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, or Salesforce.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to travel.

Preferred qualifications

• Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, or related fields; master’s preferred.
• Certifications in relevant technologies are highly desirable.
