The opportunity

Role overview

As a Senior Manager in Technology Transformation Program Delivery, you will lead technology transformation projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and outcomes. Your responsibilities include managing timelines, costs, quality, and leading technical and non-technical teams in delivering solutions and infrastructure.

Your key responsibilities

• Providing leadership and direction to teams including Managers.
• Managing client relationships and revenue generation.
• Travel as required by client engagements.

Skills and attributes for success

Deep understanding of project delivery methods (Agile, Waterfall), problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices are essential. Additional qualities include:

• Developing strategic visions and communicating them effectively.
• Assessing business models and identifying revenue opportunities.
• Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate business requirements.
• Participating in pitches, research, and thought leadership.
• Managing engagement delivery, economics, resource plans, and client interactions.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant Salesforce experience (Sales, Service, Platform).
• Experience in at least three areas such as solution architecture, ERP, CRM, e-commerce, analytics, cloud, web development, social media, etc.
• Experience with platforms like Microsoft Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, Dynamics, Salesforce, or others listed.
• Strong communication, client service, and technical skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Preferred qualifications

• Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, or related fields; Master’s preferred.
• Certifications are highly valued.
