Beyond Data Group in Minnesota is seeking a Technical Data Consultant who enjoys solving problems, helping others, and making technology work. You will be the go-to person ensuring client environments and the internal IT landscape run smoothly.

You’ll combine hands-on support, cloud technologies, and user interaction with real impact, acting as the internal IT SPOC and trusted client contact while growing into cloud and data engineering.

Responsibilities

• Keep modern data platforms up and running (Qlik, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric).
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless performance.
• Handle access management, configurations, and documentation.
• Work directly with clients and be their reliable technical contact.
• Collaborate with experienced consultants and grow your expertise.
• Be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for internal IT.
• Provide hands-on support to colleagues.
• Set up, configure, and maintain laptops and workstations.
• Manage users, access rights, and onboarding/offboarding flows.
• Own and optimize the Microsoft ecosystem (O365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Work with Azure for identity and environment management.
• Improve internal tools, automate where possible, and make things smarter.
• Take initiative to fix what’s broken—even before people notice.
