Minimum Requirements
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Dependability and integrity reflected in work history.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Knowledge of basic math and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and work in all store areas including cashiering, stocking, and maintenance.
  • Assist in planning, implementing, and executing merchandising and operational initiatives.
  • Drive sales and manage costs to meet financial targets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with returns and exchanges.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and adhere to safety and food regulations.
  • Oversee store operations in the absence of management.
  • Maintain flexibility to work any shift, including opening or closing the store.
  • Create a welcoming environment for customers and foster trust and respect among team members.
  • Stay current with promotions and product knowledge.
  • Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
