What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as a point of contact for clients seeking assistance with travel-related requests
• Help coordinate vacation arrangements including accommodations, cruises, transportation, activities, and other travel services
• Review travel options and supplier information to help clients make informed decisions
• Monitor reservation details and ensure information is recorded accurately
• Respond to inquiries and provide timely updates through phone, email, and online communication channels
• Assist with itinerary revisions, schedule adjustments, and travel support needs
• Maintain organized records and client information within company systems
• Stay informed about destination information, supplier updates, and special promotions
• Participate in virtual training programs and ongoing development opportunities
