• Research available travel options and review suitable selections based on client requests
• Monitor reservation activity and help ensure travel information is accurate and up to date
• Provide prompt assistance through email, phone, and online communication channels
• Help resolve scheduling concerns and support travel-related updates when needed
• Maintain organized records and client information within company platforms
• Stay informed on destination insights, supplier updates, and special travel promotions
• Participate in virtual training programs, team meetings, and professional development activities
