Summit Electric Supply in Houston, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support customers by phone, email and in person. You will work closely with the Service Center sales staff to ensure high-quality service and respond to inquiries, quotes, and orders.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong time management, and flexibility to adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site role with diverse benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Time management – ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• High school diploma or GED.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers over the phone, internet, email or in person.
• Develop new and existing customer relationships by providing Summit solutions and products.
• Assist customers with orders, quotations, and product questions.
• Negotiate pricing with customers and suppliers.
• Follow up on orders and resolve customer concerns.
