Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train eager learners.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and handle inquiries using Uline's technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert to answer questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
