Job summary

Cast & Crew Entertainment Services, LLC is seeking a Customer Support Representative in Burbank, CA. The role handles payroll inquiries, employment verification, address changes, and paycheck adjustments via phone and email.

The CSR analyzes customer needs, logs interactions in the ticket system, and references internal departments for follow-up. Flexible, team-oriented, and capable of working overtime and weekends are valued traits.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of customer support experience, ideally within the Entertainment industry.
• Able to multi-task, organize, and prioritize to meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Payroll processes knowledge within the Entertainment industry preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer support to production employees by phone and email.
• Log and track inquiries in the ticketing system; escalate to internal departments when needed.
• Research, resolve, and respond to end-user issues with timely, high-quality responses.
• Collaborate with Cast & Crew teams to ensure user satisfaction and workflow continuity.
• Maintain meticulous records and deliver consistent, professional communication.
