UA Brands is seeking a Customer Support Team Member to provide admin support to outbound fulfillment teams in Lithia Springs, GA. You will handle B2B order correspondence, customer and partner communications, inventory tasks, and Workfront ticketing to keep operations moving.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Researches and resolves incomplete orders for same-day shipment.
• Match order forms with invoices and record data.
• Execute inventory transfers and manage Workfront tickets.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email.
• Investigate service issues with internal teams and carriers.
• Create invoices and country of origin documents for international shipments.
