Qualifications

• Associates degree with 0–2 years related glass/aluminum experience preferred.
• Proven professional office setting experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by phone, fax or email and verify order information timely.
• Initiate corrective actions to maintain high service standards and satisfaction.
• Identify and contribute to sales leads as part of team programs.
• Process orders and verify accuracy in the CRM/Axapta system.
• Coordinate with production scheduling to meet customer expectations.
• Handle or route complaints to appropriate departments for investigation.
• Follow up with respondents on concerns within 3 hours.
• Prepare quotations for items not in the price book.
• Collaborate with other locations to resolve issues and improve service.
• Answer technical questions about products and services.
• Update quote status after order placement for visibility.
• Participate in training programs and perform related duties.
