Job summary

Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions in Cheswick, PA is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to support orders and maintain our Platinum service levels. You will answer calls, verify orders, and coordinate with production to ensure customer expectations are met, while leveraging central workflow systems and data-entry skills.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in customer service, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of customer service or relevant experience.
• Related glass and aluminum work experience preferred.
• Must be able to multi-task, be organized, efficient, and accurate.
• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal skills, and time management.
• Listening and data collection with attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer service calls within defined KPIs.
• Verify and process orders using internal systems and purchase orders.
• Communicate changes to departments for new orders or changes.
• Proofread orders for accuracy before final confirmation.
• Collaborate with scheduling/production to meet customer expectations.
• Handle or refer complaints to appropriate departments for investigation.
• Conduct follow-up calls to address concerns or questions.
• Prepare price quotations from the price book.
