Job summary

Direct Communications in Rockland, Idaho is seeking a Customer Support Representative who helps neighbors with billing questions, product information, and service inquiries. You will be the friendly face guiding customers through our home security and mobile solutions.

You will work 35–40 hours per week in the Rockland office, handling inquiries by phone, email, and text with a focus on service quality and community support. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications
