Select Medical in Canonsburg, PA, is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. The role is on-site, full-time, with daytime hours and no weekend work, supporting patients and providers in Spanish and English while handling billing inquiries and maintaining accurate records.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in Spanish and English, possess strong communication and customer service skills, and have experience with medical billing or front desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Support Patients & Providers – Answer calls and emails, process payments, and respond to inquiries
• Resolve Billing Questions – Help patients understand insurance claims, balances, and account details
• Keep Accurate Records – Document all communications and update internal billing systems
• Assist Internal Teams – Distribute mail, follow procedures, and provide departmental support
• Ensure Compliance – Follow HIPAA regulations and internal policies to protect sensitive information
